1) Assumption of Risk: I understand that volunteering for Wild Whiskers INC may involve activities such as animal care, event participation, or other tasks that carry inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, animal bites, scratches, allergic reactions, or property damage. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.
2) Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Wild Whiskers INC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, or other volunteers (collectively, “Releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or my property while participating in volunteer activities, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise.
3) Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including attorney fees, that they may incur due to my participation in volunteer activities.
4) Medical Treatment: In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize Wild Whiskers INC to secure medical treatment on my behalf. I am solely responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
5) Compliance with Rules: I agree to comply with all rules, policies, and instructions provided by Wild Whiskers INC during my volunteer activities.
1) Consent: I consent to the use of my image, likeness, or voice in the Media without compensation or further approval.
2) Ownership: Wild Whiskers INC shall own all rights to the Media and any derivative works created from it.
3) Release: I release Wild Whiskers INC and its representatives from any claims, including but not limited to claims for libel, invasion of privacy, or infringement of publicity rights, arising from the use of the Media.
General Provisions
1) Voluntary Agreement: I acknowledge that my participation as a volunteer is voluntary and that I am not entitled to compensation or employee benefits.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Wild Whiskers INC is incorporated.
2) Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
I have read this Agreement, fully understand its terms, and sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement. If the Volunteer is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must also sign.
